INFO: S Arà set in World War II. Born during the Great Depression, Steve Rogers grew up in hardship in a poor family. First horrified by the images of destruction that the Nazis were making in Europe, Rogers decided to join the army. But because of its fragility and weakness, was sent home. Recognizing the good will of the boy, however, General Chester Phillips offered him the opportunity to take part in a special experiment: Operation Rebirth.
After weeks of tests, the boy was given the Super Soldier serum and was bombarded by "vita-rays." The consequences Steve Rogers grew up seeing: he got a perfect body while remaining human. The next step was a physical and tactical training program: three months later, received his first assignment as Captain America. Armed with his indestructible shield and strategies of battle, Captain America continued his battle against evil both as a sentinel of freedom ... and as leader of the Avengers.
PLOT: Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the beginnings of the Marvel Universe, Steve Rogers volunteered to participate in an experimental program that makes it the super soldier known as Captain America flanked by his loyal right arm Bucky. The worldwide release of the movie is scheduled for 07/22/2011.
